Welcome to Passion Cuisine

In 2005, Guy Capron, along with a few equally passionate partners, founded the Passion Cuisine Cooking School. The school is located in the heart of Burgundy with courses available for all those passionate about cooking and food.

The Passion Cuisine Team realized their dream through with an innovative approach built around hands-on participation.  Courses are available for all levels from novice to expert.

Continuing Education for Professionals

The Experienced Team at Passion Cuisine offers courses for professionals, designed according to their needs.  Passion Cuisine is fully licensed to offer continuing education credits.

In Addition
Groups are invited to organize private sessions that meet the needs, experience and interests of small groups.
